I’m torn because I want to leave a legendary review, but I don’t wish to put unfair expectations on the people who work here, nor give people reading this false hope. I understand that just because I had a smooth experience doesn’t mean everybody else will.
What I will say is this: Ryan Baker was classy, professional and kind throughout my entire ordeal. I work graveyard shifts and am on the exact opposite schedule of everyone else, so getting ahold each other was difficult. He took it in stride. My relationship of 13 years ended from the stress caused by the injury, missed work, legal stuff and bills. I became increasingly depressed and stressed, and even more difficult to get a hold of. Again he took it in stride with empathy and class.
He got me a settlement.
He said it wasn’t enough.
He got me a bigger settlement.
All over the phone. I never even met him in person.
