Lindsey A. Hagmaier

Lindsey grew up in Southern California and earned her bachelor's degree in both Environmental Studies and Political Science at the University of Oregon. After graduating, she moved to Montana where she worked in business development and later as a Legal Assistant. After a few years in Montana, she confirmed her desire to become an attorney and returned to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, Lindsey served as Articles Editor for the Oregon Law Review, Treasurer for the Child and Family Law Association, and was the recipient for the Excellence in Written Advocacy Award.

After law school, Lindsey worked as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable R. Curtis Conover at the Lane County Circuit Court before joining the firm in March 2023. Lindey's practice focuses on Criminal Prosecution and Family Law. Lindsey strives to diligently and kindly serve her clients.

When not working, Lindsey enjoys getting outdoors, powerlifting, listening to true crime podcasts, and traveling.
